Service Description
Voxent provides Radd, an advanced AI-powered chat agent SaaS platform designed to automate and scale customer support and engagement. The service includes natural language processing capabilities, usage and billing analytics, WhatsApp integration, and seamless website deployment. All interactions, data transfers, and API endpoints are served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections to ensure secure and reliable performance.
Pricing
Radd operates on a transparent, usage-based (pay-as-you-go) pricing model. There are no fixed monthly or annual subscription plans and no tiered feature restrictions: every account has access to all features.
- Account Balance: Each account maintains a prepaid balance in US dollars. New accounts receive a complimentary starting balance once their email address is verified, allowing immediate testing of the service.
- Usage-Based Charges: Each AI-generated response is billed in proportion to the AI resources used to generate it, at the rate of the account's current monthly volume tier. No charge is applied for messages the AI does not actually process.
- Volume Tiers: The price per response goes down as an account's monthly volume goes up. Each response is charged at the rate of the tier it falls into, and earlier responses in the same month are not re-priced. Only charged responses count toward the tiers. The count restarts on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). The current monthly count and tier are shown in the Wallet section of the dashboard.
- Custom Pricing: Voxent may agree custom tiers or rates with an individual account. Custom pricing applies only to that account, for as long as agreed.
- Price Changes: Voxent may change its rates or tiers. Changes are announced by email to the account owner at least 14 days before they take effect, and apply only to messages processed after the effective date. Amounts already charged are not affected.
- Recharging: Account balances can be topped up at any time through the recharge methods made available in the Radd dashboard, or by contacting Voxent support. There is no recurring billing cycle, no fixed monthly fee, and no penalty for infrequent use.
Terms of Service
By accessing and utilizing the Radd chat agent, users agree to the following operational conditions:
- Account Responsibilities: Users must provide accurate contact information, maintain secure credentials, and take full responsibility for all activity conducted through their Voxent account.
- Acceptable Use: The platform must not be used to distribute malware, engage in phishing, mislead consumers, or generate prohibited, illegal, or abusive content.
- Service Availability: Voxent aims for 98.9% uptime, but reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance which will be communicated in advance.
- Termination: Voxent may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, abuse the API, or fail to maintain a sufficient account balance for continued use.
